THE 10 10 CHALLENGE FOR WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY

Our 10-10 Challenge for World Mental Health Day lets you choose your fitness challenge and be rewarded with a medal for your efforts- choose something active that involves the number 10- be it running or walking 10km, cycling 10 miles, walking 10,000 steps or even 10 minutes of keepie uppies- the choice is up to you!
All we ask is that you consider making a donation to a mental health charity of your choice, let us know what your challenge and share your achievement with us as you complete your challenge across this weekend- World Mental Health day is on the 10th October.
There’s a free medal for every finisher but places are limited to the first 60 sign ups (and must be residents of Feltham, Bedfont or Hanworth)- families can enter, but you just confirm the number participating when selecting tickets...so what’s your challenge? Book below.
