Free online sessions led by personal trainer, Terri Creaser Monday- 7:30pm- Get Moving An all over body workout combining cardio and bodyweight moves to release those endorphins and get you feeling good. Tuesday 7:30pm- Get Strong Utilising core and bodyweight exercises to increase your strength, complement other fitness activities and leave you feeling empowered. Friday 1pm- Get Ready to Run A strength based session designed to support your running progress and help prevent injuries. A mixture of functional bodyweight exercises for those new to running as well as those who have been running for a while and want to improve.
