Monday- 7:25pm- Get Moving
An all over body workout combining cardio and bodyweight moves to release those endorphins and get you feeling good.
Tuesday 7:25pm- Get Strong
Utilising core and bodyweight exercises to increase your strength, complement other fitness activities and leave you feeling empowered.
Thursday 7:25pm- Get Booted
A boot camp style class for those wanting to challenge themselves and looking for a more intense workout. This is a zoom session and participants should email [email protected] to receive the zoom invitation ahead of the session.
